6-Ton Heating & Cooling Unit Replacement
Keyes North Atlantic was contracted for the replacement of an existing 8 seer 6-ton rooftop heating & cooling unit with a new high-efficiency Carrier WeatherMaker 410A 6-ton unit.
The project involved staging a crane on busy Elm Street in Somerville’s Davis Square in order to remove the old unit and place the new one on top of the 3-story Gorin Commercial Building. Once the new unit was in place, KNA team members from our HVAC Installation Department went to work installing, connecting and testing the equipment.
